Lake Hemet was restocked on Tuesday with 4,000 lbs. of rainbow trout. “More than half of them were massive trophy fish,” said the Lake Hemet Campground Facebook post.
Effective February 1, fishing is available daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Campers are allowed to fish until 10 p.m.
There is a limit of five trout, five bass, 10 catfish, and 25 bluegill per license, per day. Licenses are required for ages 16 and older. Annual and daily fishing licenses are available at the campground.
