Dr. Melissa Moxley has been named the new principal of Lakeland Village School following her appointment by the Lake Elsinore Unified School District (LEUSD) Board of Trustees during a closed session meeting on April 16.
Dr. Moxley began her LEUSD career in 2017 as a special education teacher at Terra Cotta Middle School. She currently serves as an assistant principal at Lakeland Village School and previously held a leadership role at Luiseno School.
“With a strong foundation in teaching, administration, and educational leadership, Dr. Moxley brings a deep commitment to students, staff, and the Lakeland Village community,” the district said. “We look forward to her continued leadership in this new role.”
Dr. Moxley’s continued commitment to the district and her familiarity with the Lakeland Village community position her well to lead the school into its next chapter.
