The Lake Elsinore Unified School District recently recognized Canyon Lake resident Nick Lawrence for his generous donation of 18 children’s bicycles to its 2024 holiday program.
Lawrence, the owner of Bolder Electric, has donated more than 100 bicycles to local children in need over the years.
In 2023 alone, Lawrence purchased, assembled, and donated 40 bicycles to the Lake Elsinore School District and three local organizations: Dream Center of Lake Elsinore, Helping Hands Group, and the Boys and Girls Club of Inland Valley.
His commitment to giving back began in 2021 and stems from a deeply personal place. As a young child, Lawrence cherished the sense of freedom his bicycle gave him, and now he is determined to pass that same experience on to other children.
Lawrence’s efforts have brought joy and mobility to many children in the local communities, and his dedication continues to inspire those around him.
Lawrence and his wife, Jenniver, are 27-year residents of Canyon Lake. Their three children attended LEUSD schools.
