A Lighthouse Restaurant employee has tested positive for COVID-19. The employee last worked on September 2 and did not have close contact, as defined by the CDC, with any other employees or customers, according to the POA.
The restaurant closed on September 3 after the POA was notified that employees may have had contact with customers and members of the community who have recently tested positive for COVID-19. The restaurant will remain closed until further notice.
“We want to use the utmost caution in this situation,” said the POA. “The restaurant will be closed until we know with certainty that members and employees are not at risk. In the meantime, we will be sanitizing the facility per Cal-Osha guidelines.”
