The Canyon Lake POA today announce that the Lighthouse Restaurant will be closed tonight and possibly through the holiday weekend due to several restaurant staff members reporting that they are not feeling well.
“While none of our staff members have currently tested positive for Covid-19, it has come to our attention that they may have had contact with customers and members of the community who have recently tested positive,” the POA stated in its notice. “All persons related to this statement either have been tested or are being tested for Covid-19.”
The POA said that the restaurant will remain closed until it is known with certainty that members and employees are not at risk. “We want to use the utmost caution in this situation, therefore the restaurant will be closed until we know with certainty that members and employees are not at risk.”
During the closure, the POA plans to sanitize the facility per Cal-Osha guidelines. The POA said it will update it’s Facebook post when more information and test results become available.
