A man was detained and hospitalized after allegedly breaking windows to several businesses in a shopping center at Central/Cambern avenues in Lake Elsinore on Christmas Eve.
The man was under the influence of illegal drugs, sheriff’s officials said. Charges will be filed out of custody.
“Several business owners/managers had to respond on Christmas Eve and take valuable time away from family and loved ones to secure their business,” sheriff’s officials said in a Facebook post.
