The Menifee Police Department announced that it rolled out a new tool this week aimed at helping the department to better serve the community.
Through the new tool, AXON, some callers may now receive an optional survey after interacting with police department personnel.
The confidential survey is designed to gather feedback on residents’ experiences, allowing the department to better understand community needs and expectations. The survey will only be sent via text message. Feedback is voluntary and confidential.
The Menifee Police Department said the input will play a key role in continuing to deliver high-quality service to the community.
