Menifee traffic officers partnered with Riverside County Sheriff’s motor deputies for a collaborative traffic enforcement operation last week in the City of Perris.
Working side-by-side from 4 to 8:30 p.m., the team made a significant impact, issuing 87 citations, including 43 for speeding. The operation focused on primary collision factors—violations most commonly associated with traffic accidents—in an effort to improve roadway safety.
“Operations like these highlight the power of partnership and a shared commitment to keeping our roads safe,” the Menifee Police Department said. “When agencies work together, our communities are better protected.”
Funding for this operation was provided by the Office of Traffic Safety.
