A Murrieta daycare operated was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of molesting a child at a daycare facility located in the 27000 block of Hackberry Street.
On January 7, Murrieta Police Department detectives were made aware of a possible sexual abuse case involving a child who previously attended the Ulloa Family daycare facility in Murrieta. An investigation led to the arrest of Marvin Ulloa, a 63-year-old resident of Murrieta.
Ulloa was arrested on January 28, and booked into the Cois M. Byrd Detention Center on suspicion of oral copulation with a minor and lewd acts with a child. Jail records show he is being held in lieu of $1 million bail.
