Murrieta Library Corner Bookstore to hold Overstock Book Sale

The Friends of the Murrieta Library Corner Bookstore will be holding its Overstock Book Sale on Saturday, February 18, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 39445 Los Alamos, just east of I-215, at the corner of Los Alamos and Whitewood. The public is invited to take advantage of this great opportunity to restock their own libraries.

Hardbacks will be selling for $1, trade paperbacks for $.50, and paperbacks for $.25. “Hundreds of books will be available, providing a wide range of choices for all,” Volunteer Manager Nancy Dixon said.

Book donations are being accepted. “What a great way to recycle books and support a great cause,” Dixon said.

All proceeds from this sale will benefit the Murrieta Public Library programs. The mission of the Friends of the Murrieta Library, a California 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation, is to support the Murrieta Public Library through fund-raising, advocacy, and volunteerism, and to promote awareness of and support for the library as it serves the informational, educational, cultural and recreational needs of our Community
