Murrieta’s Emergency Communications Center earns international ACE Accreditation

Murrieta’s Emergency Communications Center has earned Accredited Center of Excellence (ACE) Accreditation through the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch (IAED) and Priority Dispatch, placing the center among an elite group of accredited emergency communications centers worldwide.

Murrieta’s Emergency Communications Center is now the 18th Accredited Center of Excellence for Emergency Medical Dispatch in California and the 379th in the world.

Often regarded as the gold standard in emergency medical dispatch, ACE Accreditation represents the highest standard in emergency medical dispatch. The accreditation process requires agencies to undergo an extensive independent evaluation and demonstrate sustained compliance with rigorous performance, quality assurance, and training standards.ACE Accreditation confirms that Murrieta’s Emergency Communications Center delivers emergency medical dispatch services that meet internationally recognized standards.

“Every emergency response starts with the calm, skilled voices of our dispatchers, who work tirelessly under pressure to gather the critical information our responders need to operate quickly and efficiently,” Fire Chief Bernard Molloy said. “This prestigious ACE Accreditation is a direct reflection of their daily dedication, reinforcing their role as the foundation of our community’s chain of survival.”
