The Canyon Lake POA Board of Directors on Tuesday approved a 28-day reading for a new rule that prohibits pump track users from propping open the gate to the pump track.
Propping open the gate prevents the POA from monitoring POA card entries to the track. This rule will allow the POA to enforce usage of the card reader and discourage members from leaving the gate open to anyone who wishes to use the pump track without proper registration. The fine for violating this rule is $50.
Additionally, the board approved a rule revision that limits the maximum speed on the pump track to 5 mph. The fine for violating this rule is $50.
