
On September 30, officers detained nine subjects and recovered approximately three ounces of methamphetamine, heroin, several hundred illegal controlled substance pills, a rifle, a handgun, and ammunition during a search warrant service at a residence in the 15000 block of Marcolesco Street in Lake Elsinore.
Zandra Gibson, 26, and Brian Morgan, 30, were arrested on felony charges related to weapons, narcotics, and probation violations. Two additional subjects were arrested on misdemeanor charges and a future felony filing will be added against one occupant of the house, according to Sergeant Steve Dyer.
