A juvenile passenger was killed and another remains in critical condition following a traffic collision on Saturday at the intersection of Ramona Expressway and Rider Street in the City of Perris.
Shortly after 5:30 p.m., deputies from the Perris Sheriff’s Station responded to the two-vehicle traffic collision and located five injured individuals in one vehicle, with two suffering from life-threatening injuries. The driver and sole occupant of the second vehicle was also injured.
All six individuals were transported to local area hospitals for treatment. One juvenile passenger was later pronounced deceased at the hospital. A second juvenile passenger remains hospitalized in critical condition.
No arrests have been made.
