At the July 7 POA Board of Directors meeting, the directors reviewed the 2020/2021 Project List to agree upon priorities for the upcoming fiscal year. The list of projects was compiled from multiple sources and recommendations from the Facilities Planning Committee and staff.
The plan includes a wide variety of repairs, renovations, and new amenities. Inclusion on this list does not automatically mean that the project will be built or that the funds will be set aside specifically for the noted project.
The board has agreed to advance the project to the milestone noted on the Project List. At that time, additional board review will take place to determine if the project will proceed to the next milestone. The approved project list can be viewed here.
