Locals may fondly remember Chef Rosie O’Connor as an award-winning chef, TV personality, and former owner of Provecho Grill. Now, Chef Rosie is back, bringing a fresh and intimate twist to her culinary experience with the opening of Lady M Bistro Restaurant & Wine Bar.
Costumers mourning the loss of Provecho Grill can now celebrate the arrival of Lady M Bistro with a new menu, new vibes, and a few classic Provecho Grill dishes sprinkled in.
Located in the Stater Bros. Plaza in Sun City, Lady M Bistro offers a diverse dining experience, featuring a variety of menu choices and a selection of wines and craft beers, and catering services. Customers will find some classic Provecho Grill items alongside new offerings, including the kitchen burger, slow braised short rib, and pasta fioro.
“It’s a smaller, more intimate venue,” Chef Rosie said about her new bistro. “It was a better platform for us moving forward in the economy, and we brought the best of Provecho with us. We learned through trial by fire what worked for us, and we became part of the community. This is such a special place.”
Lady M Bistro also offers entertainment, including Karaoke on Wednesdays, live music from Thursday through Sunday, and comedy every first Tuesday of the month.
For customers seeking a more personalized culinary adventure, Chef Rosie offers an intimate experience hosting private gatherings. She also provides cooking lessons and will soon offer online subscriptions to her culinary services, allowing customers to enjoy her expertise from the comfort of their own homes.
