In response to a recent string of vandalism incidents at the Canyon Lake Golf Course, the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association (POA), in partnership with several Canyon Lake golf clubs, is offering a $2,200 reward for information or evidence that leads to the arrest of the individual or individuals responsible for the vandalism.

The vandals caused several thousand dollars in damage to several holes on the course, with hole 14 sustaining the most significant destruction.

The damage was caused by electric bikes or electric motorcycles driven across the course, tearing up the turf and leaving deep ruts.

Despite repairs, the course was targeted at least four times in repeated acts of vandalism.

The POA has stated it will pursue prosecution for trespassing and illegal entry into our community by non-residents.

The POA is urging anyone with tips or relevant evidence to come forward. Tips and evidence can be submitted to [email protected].

All submissions will remain anonymous. If duplicate evidence is submitted, the reward will be given to the first submission.
