Riverside County Sheriff’s Department to host Women’s Employment Expo

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is hosting a Women’s Employment Expo on Saturday, September 27, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Moreno Valley Conference and Recreation Center, located at 14075 Frederick Street. This free event is open to the public.

The expo offers an inside look at the wide variety of career opportunities within the Sheriff’s Department. Attendees will have the chance to speak directly with female employees currently serving in diverse roles, including patrol deputies, correctional deputies, dispatchers, sheriff’s record clerks, community service officers, and sheriff’s corrections assistants.

Attendees will gain valuable insight into the day-to-day responsibilities and career experiences of these positions. In addition, panel discussions and guest speakers will provide detailed information on career paths, such as correctional deputy training, 9-1-1 communications officer, and various sheriff’s department support roles.

The Women’s Employment Expo is an opportunity to learn what it’s like to work for an organization dedicated to putting “Service Above Self.” For more information or to register, click here.
