Riverside Transit Agency requires customers to wear face coverings

In light of the coronavirus pandemic, Riverside Transit Agency is working to maintain strong service and healthy conditions aboard its buses. To help fight the coronavirus pandemic, RTA now requires all customers to wear a face covering while on board. Customers who do not wear a face covering will not be permitted on board.

Other safety measures are in place, including a policy that requires customers to use the rear doors of larger buses and a social-distancing requirement that limits the number of passengers on any bus to 10. Customers with mobility devices or those who need assistance can continue to use the front door.
