The Canyon Lake Woman’s Club is hosting a night of fun, flavor, and friendly competition at its annual Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, September 26, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Canyon Lake Senior Center.
This spirited cook-off showcases some of the best chili recipes, awards, and samplings. This year’s competition includes four categories: Traditional Chili, White Chili, Specialty Chili, and Vegetarian Chili.
Awards will be presented for Judge’s Choice, Best Overall, and People’s Choice. The Best Overall winner will be presented with a tabletop Blackstone grill.
The contest entry fee is $25. Admission is $25 and includes tastings. The contest entry fee is $25. Proceedes from this event benefit the charitable programs and community service projects of the Canyon Lake Woman’s Club.
