In celebration of Riverside County’s Innovation Month, the Southwest Riverside County Region (comprised of the cities of Menifee, Wildomar, Temecula, and Murrieta) will be hosting the Southwest Regional Quick Pitch competition on Monday, April 4, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Menifee City Hall, 29844 Haun Rd.

Startups and entrepreneurs from all industries are invited to join and show off their innovative projects, products, and ideas in a quick 5-minute pitch to a panel of local judges.

Winners of the Southwest Regional Quick Pitch competition will receive a $1,000 prize and an opportunity to compete in the Riverside County Innovation Month Grand Finale. Winners of the Grand Finale who are technology-based can win a prize of $30,000.

This year features a special guest judge, Hans Dose, a Menifee resident and entrepreneur behind the Octopus Stand, Tenikle. Dose recently competed on the ABC show “Shark Tank” and received a $200,000 investment offer from the Sharks.

“We are proud to co-host events such as the Southwest Regional Quick Pitch to encourage the next
generation of start-ups, entrepreneurs, and trailblazers as they demonstrate their creations and
