A suspect who allegedly broke into multiple vehicles and stole property in the City of Perris was arrested in Rancho Cucamonga on Tuesday.
On February 2 around 7:30 p.m., deputies from the Perris Sheriff’s Station responded to a vehicle burglary call in the 4000 block of Patterson Avenue and located 12 victims whose vehicles were forcibly broken into and had property stolen. Some of the victims reported that their stolen credit cards were being fraudulently used.
During the investigation, it was discovered the suspect, identified as 35-year-old Krystal Gonzalez of Loma Linda, allegedly stole thousands of dollars worth of personal property and caused thousands of dollars worth of property damage.
On February 4, Gonzalez was located in Rancho Cucamonga and taken into custody. She was booked on suspicion of parole violation, burglary, vandalism, fraudulent use of a credit card, and theft with priors.
