A 16-year-old was fatally shot on Tuesday in the City of Moreno Valley.
Shortly after 7:30 p.m., deputies from the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station were dispatched to a business located at the 22000 block of Town Circle regarding an assault with a deadly weapon and located a 16-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Despite lifesaving measures, the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No arrests have been made at this time. Due to the ongoing investigation, the victim’s identity has not been released.
