Three Jurupa Valley residents were arrested on Monday in connection with a string of armed robberies across Riverside County.
On September 22 at about 1:50 a.m., deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Perris Station responded to a convenience store in the 3000 block of Case Road in Perris, where three suspects entered the store wearing masks and brandished a firearm before stealing cash from the register. The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle.
During the investigation, the Perris Special Robbery Burglary Suppression Team (RBST) determined that the same suspects were involved with three additional armed robberies: one in the City of Riverside, one in the City of Ontario, and another in the Perris area.
On February 24, RBST executed a search warrant in the 3000 block of Flagstaff Drive in Jurupa Valley, where the three suspects were located and additional evidence was found.
The suspects were identified as Deepak Deepak, 22, Sunny (no last name), 24, and Malik Ritav, 20. All three suspects are residents of Jurupa Valley.
This investigation is ongoing. Anyone with additional information is asked to contact Deputy Sanchez at Riverside County Sheriff’s dispatch at 951-776–1099 or the Perris Station at 951-210–1000.
