Two arrested in burglary of Lake Elsinore ULTA Beauty store

Two male suspects were arrested on Sunday in connection with a burglary that occurred at the ULTA Beauty store in Lake Elsinore.

On November 29, deputies responded to the 18400 block of Collier Avenue in Lake Elsinore regarding an alarm at ULTA Beauty. Upon arrival, deputies determined a burglary had occurred and a search for a suspect vehicle was initiated.

California Highway Patrol located a vehicle matching the description and attempted to stop the vehicle. After a short pursuit, CHP detained two individuals and located items of evidence linking both subjects to the burglary, according to the Riverside Sheriff’s Department.

Jose Pallares, a 35-year-old from San Bernardino, and Tony Carrasco, a 21-year-old from Rialto, were arrested booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center for burglary, conspiracy, and possession of burglary tools. A bail enhancement in the amount of $75,000 was authored for both suspects. The amount of recovered stolen property was valued at approximately $25,000, according to ULTA Beauty representatives.
