The Canyon Lake Yacht Club is hosting a workshop for residents interested in participating in this year’s Parade of Lights boat parade. The workshop will be held on Sunday, November 9, at 4 p.m. at 22309 Canyon Lake Dr. South.
Hosted by Yacht Club Commodore Rob Mora, the workshop offers an opportunity for new and returning parade participants to learn from experienced parade veterans.
Designed to help residents bring their creative visions to life on the water, attendees will receive helpful tips on boat decorating, suggestions on materials to use, and an overview of what to expect on the night of the parade.

Residents who are interested in attending the workshop are asked to text 951-970-8089 or email [email protected].
This year’s parade will take place on Saturday, December 13.
Celebrating its 43rd year, the Parade of Lights features a flotilla of festively-decorated boats touring the lake and spreading holiday cheer. With the Yacht Club’s iconic fire-breathing Green Dragon leading the way, boats will travel around the East Bay and main lake.
