The Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) has been recognized with the prestigious Top Workplaces 2024 honor by Inland Empire Top Workplaces.
The recognition is based entirely on employee feedback collected through a confidential survey conducted by Energage, LLC, an employee engagement technology partner. The survey evaluates key elements of workplace culture, including feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute.
