Photo provided by the Men’s Golf Club.The Canyon Lake Men’s Golf Club named Norma and Bruce Yarbrough as its 2023 Sweetheart Couple of Year for their contributions to the Canyon Lake community and golf community.
Norma and Bruce were married in 1969 and resided in Gardena, California, prior to moving to Canyon Lake in 2003.
Bruce served on the Canyon Lake POA Board of Directors for four years, including as president, the Men’s Golf Club Board for five years, and the Water Ski Board. Bruce was an avid waterskier for many years. Today, he enjoys golf, biking, and pickleball.
Norma served on the Women’s Golf Club Board for six years. She currently serves as the chair of the Tuesday Golf Group and is a member of the Community Gardeners Club and the Travel Club,
