Yard Fresh, a local pet waste management company, will be participating in the one-day City of Temecula Community Creek and Trail Clean Up and is inviting volunteers to join their team in this community service event, set to take place on Saturday, September 21, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Teams will be meeting at Nicolas Road Park, 39955 Nicolas Road.
This event, sponsored in part by Yard Fresh, offers an opportunity for community members to contribute to environmental conservation. This initiative is part of Temecula’s first-ever Community Clean Up Day.
“Yard Fresh serves several communities throughout the Temecula Valley and is proud to support this important initiative,” Monica Lyons, Yard Fresh owner, said. “This is a great way to give back to one of our neighboring communities and preserve local waters by helping to stop trash from going into our ocean.”
Teens who participate can earn high school community service credits.
