A pedestrian was killed in a fatal vehicle-pedestrian collision on Friday in the City of Lake Elsinore. The incident occurred around 9:40 a.m. at Lakeshore Drive and Bushman Avenue.
Despite lifesaving measures performed at the scene, the pedestrian was pronounced deceased.
According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, the driver remained on the scene and was cooperative. Drugs and alcohol were not deemed a factor in the collision.
