The City of Menifee is combining two popular events into one: Go Skate Day and Movie in the Park.
Skate enthusiasts of all ages can enjoy a free skate day at Audie Murphy Ranch Skate Park on Friday, June 19, from 12 to 8:30 p.m. All participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult, and all riders are required to wear helmets, elbow pads, and knee pads for safety.
As the sun begins to set, Audie Murphy Ranch Sports Park will transform into an outdoor theater, offering a free movie under the stars. There will be family-friendly activities before the movie, and vendors and giveaways between 6 and 8:30 p.m.
The featured movie is Captain America: A Brave New World. The movie is rated PG-13. Attendees are encouraged to bring their blankets and lawn chairs for comfort.
