The Canyon Lake Sunday Coed Softball League will be holding a scrimmage softball game on Sunday, August 20, at 10 a.m.
The scrimmage is an opportunity for interested players to meet the teams that need players, meet the sponsors, and enjoy a Sunday morning playing ball.
All adults (21 and older) in the community are welcome to participate. Players should bring their own gloves and wear track and field-appropriate shoes.
The Sunday Coed Softball League season starts on August 27 and concludes with playoffs in mid-November. All games are played on Sundays at 9 a.m., 10:15 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:45 p.m., and 2 p.m. at Gault Field.
The league currently serves 10 teams: Platinum, Baby Blue, Black, Checkered, Plaid, Neon, Pink, Gold, Teal, and Red.
