The Lake Elsinore Dream Center is hosting a Back to School Bash on Saturday, August 7, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at City Park, 243 Main St., Lake Elsinore.
This free community event features a barbecue lunch, backpack giveaway, games, prizes, and more.
Sponsors are needed. The cost to sponsor a child is $10. Click here for more information about sponsorship. Shoe & backpack donations can be dropped off at HOPE Pantry Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 506 W. Minthorn St., Lake Elsinore.
Volunteers are also needed for setting up prior to the event from 8 to 10 a.m. and cleaning up after the event from 2 to 4 p.m.
