Members of the Canyon Lake Chamber and Canyon Lake Yacht Club enjoyed a memorable day trip to the Shoreline Yacht Club in Long Beach.

On June 20, approximately 50 participants boarded a charter bus and traveled together to Long Beach for a day filled with fellowship, entertainment, networking, and sightseeing. The adventure began as guests climbed aboard the bus, where they enjoyed coffee, donuts, trivia with prizes, and music during the ride.
Upon arriving at the Shoreline Yacht Club, attendees were welcomed with appetizers and refreshments while taking in scenic waterfront views. Guests also participated in trivia games, raffles, networking opportunities, and socializing with fellow travelers.
Following the reception, attendees set out to explore the Long Beach waterfront and surrounding attractions. The excursion provided an opportunity for residents to experience the area’s scenic harbor, shops, restaurants, and coastal atmosphere while spending time with fellow community members.

Organizers said the event was designed to bring people together, strengthen community connections, and offer a fun day away from Canyon Lake.
“What a way to kick off summer,” Yacht Club Commodore Rob Mora said. “The Canyon Lake Yacht Club and Canyon Lake Chamber excursion was a fantastic way to meet with some of the small business owners and also enjoy what the beach life brings to Southern California.”
The partnership between the Canyon Lake Chamber and the Canyon Lake Yacht Club continues to create unique opportunities for residents to connect, network, and enjoy unique experiences both on and off the water.
“We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to do it again next year,” Chamber President Johnny Pineda said. “Next year, it will be even bigger and better.”
