the County Executive Office and Board of Supervisors in advancing strategic initiatives and overseeing countywide
operations. Throughout his career, has lead multi-department operations, manage multimillion-dollar budgets, and build collaborative relationships with elected officials, community stakeholders, regional agencies, and staff.
“Rodolfo has a proven track record in organizational leadership and public administration,” Menifee City Manager Armando G. Villa said. “As we continue to expand our programs and services, Rodolfo’s experience in overseeing complex government operations, managing multimillion-dollar public budgets, and building collaborative relationships will be a tremendous asset to our team.”

“Menifee’s commitment to community engagement, economic vitality, and organizational excellence strongly resonates with my professional values,” Aguayo said. “I am excited for the opportunity to help guide a thriving and diverse community while supporting strategic development, financial sustainability, and responsive municipal services.”
