The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association invites residents to take part in the Community Garage Sale on Saturday, September 26, and Sunday, September 27.
The community-wide event provides residents with an opportunity to sell their unwanted items, discover great bargains, and connect with neighbors—all without the need to purchase a garage sale permit.
Under normal circumstances, individual garage sales in Canyon Lake require a permit; however, during this designated weekend, every household is welcome to participate freely. It’s the perfect opportunity for residents to clear out household goods, furniture, clothing, toys, tools, and other items that no longer have a place at home.
Shoppers can look forward to dozens of sales happening throughout the community. From unique finds and collectibles to everyday essentials at great prices, there’s something for everyone.
All unsold items must be removed from front lots by 5 p.m. on Sunday to avoid potential violations.
