A 44-year-old Menifee resident was killed on Saturday in a solo motorcycle crash near Railroad Canyon Road and Church Road in the City of Lake Elsinore.
Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene around 11 p.m. and located a single vehicle collision involving a motorcycle, with the rider unresponsive and suffering from significant injuries.
Deputies and paramedics attempted life-saving measures, but the subject succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The motorcyclist was identified as Joshua Coan, a 44-year-old resident of Menifee.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
